I feel like a true artist

Hey! Guess what? I feel so special =P I actually made up a form of poetry. You know how there's haiku's and cinquians and whatnot? Well I have conjured up one of my own. It... hasn't got a name just yet... let's begin your English lesson!
I'll give a verse of my latest song as an example.

"So tired,
Close my eyes and fall,
To the deepest depths of death,
A land of sleeping beauty,
Never to awaken."

Okay, so my unnamed poetry always has five lines. The first and last are always the smallest, the second and fourth always the second largest and the middle is the largest. See, now it looks like a diamond! =D
Okay, now I'm going to introduce to you FAPDS (pronounce it fabs, think of fabulous.)
FAPDS stands for feeling, action, place, description (of that place/the people or environment in the place), statement. That's the patterning in the poem.
"So tired" A feeling. I am feeling tired.
"Close my eyes and fall" That's what I'm doing, that is an action.
"To the deepest depths of death" That's where I've fallen. It's a place. It doesn't have to exist, or be somewhere you can get to. Later on in the song I say "Peirced and swimming in the black of your blood." "The black of your blood" That's where I am.
"A land of sleeping beauty" Sleeping beauty. The people within this place are sleeping beautys. The atmosphere within this place is that of sleeping beauty.
"Never to awaken" A statement. Short and simple, nicely ending the stanza.

You have just been taught the poetry within Maru Youkai's mind. Enjoy and evaluate; may my poetry rule the world!! And please help me name it =D

Just a tip: Your poem doesn't have to noticeably follow the pattern. Create deeper thinking! So long as it makes sense to you, it doesn't matter how other people interpret it.
